Elite won't update after subscription purchase

    Hi there

    I didn't update my scan tool for a couple of years after 2018 as I got another one but finally got around to purchasing a yearly subscription in Dec of 2020. After the purchase, I realized I needed a micro SD card so I got a 16GB Sandisk card (as per the specs required) but I have only been able to successfully update the BMW software. All other updates display a message "Network Busy (#13). Please try again later". This has been going on for over a month now and I'm unable to use the non-updated software as a result. 

    I have restarted the device several times, tried to do it while the device was sitting on the base and connected to charger, removed and re-inserted the memory card but nothing helps. It feels like I wasted $1400 CAD to make this device worse than it was.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
